OK guys I'm back running I was walking 2 miles on the tread mill for about a month,
I was only going to the gym, do treadmill bike 2 miles and 1/2 mile elliptical for a month..
Then at home, I live way out in the sticks, I measured off 1/2 mile walked it a time or 2..
Then ran it about 5 times Then one day I did it and kept going did not stop was not tired... I ran or lets say jogged 2 miles back to my house made a loop.. Past the cows
horses it so beautiful. Now I have done it for 7 straight days 2 miles gawd I feel so good.. So I timed it and I do this 2 miles loop in exactly 30 min..
Question is this just a fast walk?? I have been sorta stepping it up.
I'am 58 years old.. My wife saw me and told me you look like a old man walking..
smart azz she is... and I was about 278lbS and today 268.
I used to run 3 miles every day about 10 years ago not run since then
