Longest run I ever had in my five fingers was eight miles. Not even a hot spot, much less a blister.

On a different note, the weather here is beautiful, the trails are calling my name and I'm stuck behind a desk doing lots of paperwork. Boo.

Weather is great down here too. Going to try and get a run in after dinner tonight.

I love going and playing basketball since I have been running...The same person never guards me two games in a row because they are worn out by the time the game is over.

3.5 last night. 4.5 the night before.

Total - 29.5

Ran the mountains to sea trail just north of Raleigh two days ago. Beautiful trail.

Planning a 6-8 miler after the game. I figure it will either be therapeutic after I get mad or a good way to burn off elation if we somehow pull off the miracle.

3.5 miles last night. 7:16 pace. It was cold and the wind was brutal last night. Made for a pretty miserable run but it was worth it.
