The Runner's thread

I have used my brother's for recovery a couple times. They have worked great but still haven't gotten around to buying any.

Here's the medal for the Spartan Beast, and the Trifecta medal(all 3 distances in one year)

I don't think I do either but with as much running as I do (outside of the Army) I figured it cant hurt.

now that I got moved to Training/Ops, my actual Army training has significantly declined. I spend the first part of my mornings doing reports. So my runs have been in the evening. And it keeps getting darker sooner and cooler with each run it seems. The compression might really help in the cold.

From my trail run this morning. Everytime I go trail run my love for it grows. It's such a challenge. Mentally and physically

4 miles this morning back home in Jonesborough with the beautiful Smokey Mountains as my backdrop. It was sensational. The views I've had walking around UT were great too.

Thats nice. You're slowly becoming a Mountain Junkie (thats the moniker trail runners here have adopted).

I cannot deny I am getting that ich to go every time I go run. Saturday mornings has just awesome. I will run that trail again and explore farther. It's a 7.5 mile loop and I only hit about three miles.
