Planned to run 4 last might, but ran into some buddies going the other way. Ran 2 with them, and ended up with 7. Tried to run a quick 4 today, but it was too hot and my legs were too tired. So I ended up running 800m intervals. Probably what I needed anyway. I'm really starting to notice what a negative impact caffeine has on my physical output. I'm a coffee feind though, and just not sure I can give it up.
