5 miles but the best part was laying on a grassy knoll stretching at the end. Gentle breeze, birds chirping, clouds moving swiftly across the sky and the distant roll of thunder. Surreal.
I swear I am coming to run where ever it is that you run. You make it sound so nice plus the pictures you have posted are amazing!k:
anytime but I must warn you that I'm slow. Used to run for mileage and training then decided this year to change. I'm never going to win or even place in a race so why kill myself training. Still push my limits but I take the time to stop and snap a picture or enjoy a view. I'm trying to savor my runs. I find my running is more fun now and I haven't lost any "speed".![]()
