4 miles on Monday 29:58. I can tell that this training is starting to catch up with me. My legs are staying sore. I feel like I can't settle into a run like I was at the beginning of the training. I am gonna tough it out cause I want to do this half marathon. I think I am gonna do the one in Lynchburg that ends at the Jack Daniel's dis.
Do you use a recovery drink?
