I'd rest it a couple of days. Whenever I get pain, it will persist until I rest. Also, if you haven't done so, go to a running shoe store and get custom fit shoes. Also get some custom insoles. It'll make a world of a difference.Alright question for you runners.
I run a somewhere between 2-3 times a week. When I do run, I run for 5.5 miles a pop.
This last time, I began to develop a slow somewhat throbbing ache around my lower calf on the medial side of my leg and radiated to the front of my leg (shin) at the same elevation.
Has anybody has this? At first I thought stress fracture or shin splints but I don't know. Is there a product I need to help this out or just suck it up and run through it?
