Ran a lot in high school for soccer and other various reason. Started back seriously running a year and half ago. 3 or 4 days a week for that time period and I have taken maybe two weeks off in that time. I really need to take off another week soon, but I am going on a cruise at the end of June and I am trying to stay in shape for that.![]()
