I think this week's game with the Lions is a bad matchup for us. We are still struggling on the road and Stafford has a lot of weapons at his disposal. Perhaps the Colts can do what they did last week, keep it low scoring, bleed the clock on long drives and frustrate the Lions. If we get behind early, could get ugly.
Great comeback. Luck has great attitude for a QB - no matter what mistakes he makes, just keep firing away.
He is at his best at the end of half and end of game when he gets to go no huddle and just throw it around. Should pretty much be a playoff lock now. The Steelers and Bengals have tougher schedules the last 4 games here we have an edge on both right now, plus they have to play each other still. Out of the top 4 seeds I would rather play Ravens in first round
I still worry about just making the playoff. Since there isn't much chance of beating any of the top 4 seeds, it doesn't matter to me who they play if they make it. I guess I'd prefer Denver so that when they lose, at least Peyton can keep playing.
Next year, who moves on from the Colts? Freeney? If we draft somewhere in the 20-24 position, what defensive players will be available in Round 1?
I don't think they can beat any of the top 4 teams but the Ravens are the most likely, I don't trust them at all.
Freeney will be gone, I believe Collie will be gone also, Powers may be done in Indy also. Maybe Oglree From UGA, Jonathan Banks from Miss St, Okafor from Texas. Would be 3 I would like.
Yeah, those 3 definitely gone. Seems like the CB class this year is weak (if Ammerson is the best prospect, I'm not impressed). Is the big safety from LSU going to come out?
Although it would clinch the division for them, I'll be rooting for the Texans tonight. Would like to see Denver get the second bye over the Patriots.
Did you see that Jim Caldwell has been made the offensive coordinator today following the firing of Cam Cameron? That is mystifying to me.
Read a report today saying that the good season this year has a lot of free agents expressing interest in Colts. Also, it puts the Colts in better negotiating position. I am very hopeful we can find help for OL via free agency.
Give Luck a better OL next year and his completion % will go up and interceptions go down. Future is getting brighter and brighter all the time!!!!!!!!
