Wait....they announced an Xbox One Slim, then immediately announce a new console for next year? Sounds kind of stupid, although they didn't give a price so it might be over $500.
That will be a definite no-go for me. I really don't believe them either when they claim they aren't leaving the Xbox One behind.
Good luck with that Xbox.
If that's the route they are going I'll just convert full time to a PC gamer.
Seems they're trying to cut into the profits that typically go to hardware/PC manufacturers. Only reason I can think of to launch a console with that much horsepower....
I know the Scorpio is going to be crazy expensive but I am in.
I really like what Xbox is doing with the play anywhere idea.
There were a lot of games that did not interest me but glad we got the full spectrum. Really pumped about Gears 4 and FH3.
OMG Final Fantasy combat was terrible.
Hoping Sony brings up NEO tonight.
"Play Anywhere" is a great concept in theory I guess but I'm sitting here trying to think of a scenario where I would even take advantage of that. I game at home in front of my TV. Yes I have a PC but it's for office stuff and internet. I don't really game on it. The whole Xbox/Windows cross buy is nice but the way I see it, if I'm gaming on a high end PC, I'm NOT gaming on an Xbox and vice versa. To me it's totally redundant to have both.
