There are some mods you can get that don't require a complete quad rail. My suggestion? I'd buy the Magpul MOE hand guards and attach a rail on the bottom, foregrip of choice, done.

M-LOK(R) Polymer Rail, 7 Slots

MOE hand guards go for about $30 or so on most sites and the rail is like another $15 or so. Not sure if you have a carbine length or mid length gas system, so that could change the price slightly.

Picked up a nearly 40 year old Ruger Mark I (A100 frame) at SIA on Black Friday. She was a dirty girl, but cleaned up nicely. Has the original Ruger grips with the silver logo with “SR” for “Sturm Ruger”. Later logos are red with just the “R”.

Cool. Have fun cleaning and re assembling it, I don’t shoot my 2 anymore just to much of a pia. The new ones with the button take down are simple to disassemble and reassemble, but they had recall so I’ll wait another year to pick one up. I have a 4” threaded barrel on one I plan to suppress.

Got an email from them the other day. It’s going to be a cluster****. They’ll likely be way overpriced and there is no telling what you might get. I’d just buy on on the open market, if I wanted one.

The only plus to cmp getting them is they will not be ruined by import stamping. If not for that, I wish aim, or even century would’ve gotten them.
