I love how their fans act like that's anything new. Pretty sure that's always been the case, having to "handle" a sub .500 season.

Do these people actually think they have any chance of finishing .500? They're more likely to finish .050. Beating Austin Peay the 1st half of the game only to lose. That's more likely than going 6-6. As a Vandy fan, wanting to compete for .500 and finishing below should come naturally. It's the rule, not the exception when it comes to Vandy.

I waited all my life hoping Vandy could win if they had the right coach. We finally got that coach in Franklin. He proved that Vandy could win and even have a winning record in conference. I knew he would leave sooner or later but I thought the culture had changed. Sadly it took one game to destroy all of that. However my expectations changed with what Franklin did here. Fair or not I will from now on compare every coach we have to him and hold them to the standard he set. 6-6 and anything less is SOV and failure.

Dude should brace himself for the next 20 years or so for the Vandy failure that's guaranteed to occur. Might find one 6-6 in there if he's lucky. Better cross his fingers!

Who am I kidding... he should brace himself for the next 2,000 years. Good thing he probably only has to put up with 40-60 more or so.

MTSU needs another 10 win season. I remember there was actually some hype for football on campus in 2009 with Dasher at QB. And everyone was pumped for 2010...and then he got busted for gambling and he fell apart on the field.

I wish I'tavius didn't have to sit out a year. He'll likely tear this conference up.
