Really? I could be wrong but I thought I heard Graham say they wouldn't take it up over hearsay
I’ve seen some speculation that Roberts presiding over the trial will be able to cut through some of the red tape of having to go through the courts. No idea because it’s a pretty unprecedented situation.I seriously just wish that the Dems had taken their time and let it play out in courts, but nobody asked me.
Once it gets into the Senate will all those people that Trump blocked come to testify? (So there would be no obstruction) That would be interesting.
I for one, would love to see Trump, Rudy, and Mulvaney all testify under oath. They have to, I don't think they have a choice.
Why wouldn't they want to take it up? They can call whatever witnesses they want and ask whatever questions they want, perfect opportunity to show the world what the Dems are.

I am when it comes to you. You hate liberals and democrats. Your petulant need to argue with them and give the Redhats a pass is noted and well documented.

You raise a critical point. When SCOTUS Chief Justice Roberts presides over the Senate hearing, he theoretically can issue bench rulings on this issue. He conceivably could demand their appearance on behalf of the SCOTUS. It's not impossible, but unlikely.
Dude you can’t be this dense , I probably have more family , friends and neighbors that are liberals / Dems than you do . Lol my petulant need to argue has nothing to do with hate and mostly has to do with stupid and or hypocritical posts of which your history is loaded with .
"There is no question, of course, that this trade agreement is much better than NAFTA," House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., said at a press conference announcing her caucus's support of the agreement. Major U.S. stock indexes turned positive after the announcement.
