You are dead wrong on this point, sir. Judge Roberts absolutely can force the testimony of any potential witness under threat of Contempt. However, it's worth pointing out that this and other issues are probably open for debate should R&Ds agree on the terms of the trial. BUT, it's very possible that given the hostility, no rules will be agreed upon.
