Looks great. I love a homemade chimichurri with sliced tri tip.

I've got a whole tenderloin to clean up and cut into filets for tonight. Prob going to fix a Diane mushroom sauce to accompany. Weather will determine if I reverse sear or sous vide/cast iron them.
