That's not classy for Kiffin to act that way. Yeah, we got out butts kicked but c'mone. He acts like a sore loser every time we lose.

Don't get me wrong. I support Kiffin as our head coach but there's no need for actions like this out of a coach after a loss.

BTW, what's up with running the dang ball on 3rd & 24 in the 4th quarter? That's uncalled for too! I guess he didn't want Crompton to need a hospital visit sooner by dropping back to pass. :unsure:

Handshake looked fine to me. Kiffin was just pissed about our teams performance. He could have been like Belichick and just run off the field and not even attempt a handshake!

He acts the same whether we win or lose. He is all business because he knows that this team is not where he wants it to be. People earlier in the year were complaining that about Kiffin because he never looked happy after a win and now people expect him to look that after a big loss. Some people here are way too critical of every little thing.

I really don't care . In fact, this is a welcome change from Fulmer, who would've yucked it up with the coach who just whipped him. This site is full of trolls and some of the biggest pansies ever.

You are right, Va Tech has had its problems, and I am certainly not a Hokie fan! What I meant was the Beamer himself is a respected football coach and considered to be one of the better coaches in America.

Coach Kiffin does not have any class at all... In the sec you are always to show class and respect to your opponent.. I think Kiffin is an idiot and he wont last 2 years at ut. I like ut football, but kiffin is not the coach for ut.. mark my words he will not last...

The point is this: Kiffin has shown very little regard for tradition. He is dismissive of other teams, coaches, and players.

Some see that as a character flaw, as disrespectful and immature. Some view it as an attribute, as a reflection of his focus on just winning and not caring who he offends along the way.

Whichever camp you are in, his being abrupt with Beamer is entirely consistent with the way he has acted since the day he was hired.

Disagree? Start providing links. I can provide half a hundred of him complementing the **** out of programs that don't deserve it. Not just coach speak either. He takes the time to know the details of every program he's up against. Nick Saban shows his opponents more class than Monte's son ever contemplated.

I have a sneaking suspicion you're wrong.

It wasn't the nicest thing he's ever done, but it didn't really seem like Beamer was wanting to stick around for a while. He may get a note from Slive and that will be that. It isn't as huge of a deal as everyone is making it out to be, and certainly not worth of 9 pages of responses.

Show me some links where Kiffin fails to compliment an upcoming opponent. It is really pathetic how some people try to reach to make everything the ultimate transgression.
