If the Supreme Court ordered the President to facilitate their return, and he started laughing about it and appealing to the public that court orders don't matter because he was a really bad guy, I would be just as upset in those instances as well
A judge has to decide though. That would amount to a conviction.
Right, when the Supreme Court orders something 9-0 the appropriate response is "well, I as a layperson think that is legally incorrect, so no thanks"They are saying pretty please but once you account for that he was sent to the right place there isn't anything to facilitate. It would be legally incorrect to allow him to return because he doesn't have legal status.
What do you want Trump to do to "Facilitate" his return to the country he doesn't belong? If the Supreme Court ordered the President to facilitate their return, and he started laughing about it and appealing to the public that court orders don't matter because he was a really bad guy, I would be just as upset in those instances as well

Now, there is a subject we can agree on. Trump's public comments on the SCOTUS ruling is way out of bounds and he deserves to be hammered on that.
What do you mean "what do I want him to do?" It's very easy to get him back, we were ordered to, and we've gotten prisoners back from El Salvador before. The administration isn't following this order simply because they don't want to, there's nothing more to it than thatWhat do you want Trump to do to "Facilitate" his return to the country he doesn't belong?
He's an El Salvadorean in a prison in El Salvador.
Interesting. The SC has jurisdiction over foreign residents in their own country? What do you mean "what do I want him to do?"
