As of 6:00 am I'm at 56 hours on my fast. This is an autophagy fast to hopefully kick start a new eating routine.

Initial plan was 72 hours but that ends at 10 pm tonight and Im not gonna eat before going to bed.

I'm leaving at 5am tomorrow with some church friends heading to Gatlinburg. We're driving straight through so I"m thinking maybe just see if I can make it until Tuesday morning.

I'm committed to at least 80.

Nope, thanks for your concern. Im riding in the back of a 2026 excursion all by myself. Between going and coming back Im Gonna watch Episode 2 of Friends and Neighbors. Silo 2 and The Punisher.

How did I never watch the Punisher? I like John Burnthal. I watched 2 episodes last night and love it.
