Well? How were they?

yes @Behr, I used the air fryer for all of it except the the veggies which were leftovers. The salmon was perfect and the scallops were a lot better than last time I air fryer-ed them, but I think I’ll Pan sear them from now on.

Is there something specific I need to add to this review? Loved the salmon, like I said it was perfect, tasted great. I liked the scallops, I think they just turn out better pan seared

I guess I wanted to know if you thought it was overpriced or the salmon was not as good as I suggested it was, or maybe the salmon was like butter and you could have eaten it raw, or the scallops were the best you've ever had, or you wish the salmon fillets were bigger/smaller/just right... But I guess perfect was enough, Bobby.

Well ok. The filet size was perfect. It was definitely like butter and had incredible taste, but I do prefer my salmon cooked. I air fryered it too 125°, then broiled it to 140°. The scallops had great flavor and texture, I just think they would be even better seared

Anybody else watched Dirty John on Netflix? True story, and pretty interesting.

*And before Souce gets excited, no it's not about male strippers
