yes @Behr, I used the air fryer for all of it except the the veggies which were leftovers. The salmon was perfect and the scallops were a lot better than last time I air fryer-ed them, but I think I’ll Pan sear them from now on.

What's the seasoning on the salmon and scallops?

I just went with lemon pepper. It’s my favorite for salmon so that was the base test. They sent me a citrus seasoning blend that I’ll try and I’ll likely try a blackening seasoning. But for the first taste test I went with my tried and true. I did add garlic to the scallops
