i picked this up over the weekend and i'm loving it. VN works very well on it, very pleased with the phone so far.

Just FYI, if you are in the market for an Iphone and have AT&T service. When and if you are approved for an upgrade (usually will happen after one year of service) you can get an 8GB Iphone for $99.00. I went and tried to pick one up last week, but they told me I'm not eligable until October, or I could have gotten one for $400.00. I will wait until October for the $99.00.

I have 8 GB of memory in my Storm and it is plenty. Freak got the 32 GB iPhone. I would never use that much space but it's good to have I guess.:)

Yes it is plenty. A guy I work with has one, and he pays like $124.00 a month with 950 min. a month, and unlimited texting. I have the same amount on an old motorola razor 3G and pay $96.00 a month. So I think its worth the $28.00 extra to get one. Look at all the extra things I can get for such little amount more a month!

I have a 16 gig iPhone 3G and pay 100/month. Could be less, but I have unlimited texting. I do have the smallest plan though. 450 rollover minutes and 5000 nights and weekends.

I have a lot of movies and audiobooks on mine so I like the extra space.

Anyone get the tour? I'd love to hear some feedback.

I can't upgrade until September, but my gf got it Sunday morning. She loves it. I haven't been able to test drive VN on it, yet. I will give you some feedback once I am able to.

(This is going to sound like 1000 other reviews, but it is my honest assessment.)
Overall, it is a sweet phone. Not a huge upgrade in the OS by any means. Still the same general functionality as the last view generations. Only true difference is looks, but if it works, don't touch it. The keyboard is fantastic. I know it is pretty much the same keyboard as the Bold, but it just feels more natural. Where the bold is a stretch to reach all the keys, the Tour is much easier to type with one hand. Interesting that the screen does ripple, but, honestly, why would you push on it? The screen itself is unbelievable, but bigger is always better. (Probably my only complaint) Trackball is recessed more, but it is so much better to scroll with in my opinion. Build quality is superb. If you read some message boards, people are complaining about the battery cover. Hers is as snug as any battery door I have ever seen.

She was getting ticked at me because I kept telling her she would be sorry not to wait. She has been able to upgrade for months and was getting impatient. She has told me a hundred times in 2 days that she loves it.

Now, I will have to stay patient for 2 months until my upgrade. Some are having success talking to cs to bump their upgrade date up, so I may have to give it a try.

I use mine as my iPod too. I put 16 GB of music on it.

If anyone has wanted an iPhone but didn't want to pay the price....AT&T has refurb 3G (not s) 16 gig, for $99.

Several months later, I couldn't hate the blackberry storm any more. About to drop it and activate a Samsung i760 that I bought on the cheap.

I picked up a Samsung Caliber this weekend and it feels like I've got the only one...no info from google besides generic info and some sites are still saying it hasn't been released. So im stuck right now with it and my PC can't find any drivers that will work with it.

Samsung Trance. It was on my free phones list so I went with that. It is okay but definitely picking out something else next time I'm eligible for a free phone. I could care less about expensive cool phones so the free phones work for me.

I have an Iphone which i just got jailbroken... There's a theme for the jailbroken iPhone which is UT.... it's pretty cool it changes all the icons to UT related...

I am in the market again for a upgrade phone on ATT network. I am really interested in the BB Bold 9700 and wondered if anyone has one and could give me their impressions on it. I have been all over the web for reviews, but would like to hear as much as I possibly can before I buy. FWIW I currently have a eternity and I like it, just getting tired of touchscreens in general and want to go back to QWERTY. The last BB I had was a pearle back a year or so ago and I hated it more than I could possibly hate a phone. Thanks for any help
