how does insurance on your phone work? like what do has to be done before they give you a new one?

Insurance? I think you pay like $5 a month and if anything happens (drop it, spill water on, etc) pay $50 and you have a new phone. If something happens technically and it goes bad they should send a new one for free.

Verizon has two possible insurance plans now. The first is WPP through Asurion. $5/month. The other seems to be by Verizon and is $6/month. I assume the major difference is that with the Verizon plan, you can have the phone swapped at a store instead of sending it off to Asurion. If you live in TN it isn't that big a deal to mess with them becuase they are located in Smyrna.

the click function actually requires some slow down to type. It's fairly painful. I just defaulted to the iPhone and can use it pretty seamlessly.

Put it this way, the sales gal (who was smoking hot, by the way) told me that it was taking their sales reps 3 weeks to get accustomed to the thing.

DH had the orange Envy. Netted the fish, lost the phone in the lake. They replaced it with a silver one. I have the Voyager. Love the screen on it. And actually like the fact that it's bigger and more substantial in my hand than the old one (LG something). Got tired of feeling like I was using a barbie phone.

I work at the Verizon Store in Turkey Creek if you guys have any questions or need anything I can take care of you. My name is Kent Davis. Update on the Storm is that we can fulfill your order by the 15th of December and the texting is fine on it the only issue is the hesitation of the screen turning but it will get taken care of.

So I pulled a smooth one and dropped my Tilt in the pool Tuesday. Amazingly, after drying it out for a day it works perfectly.

Now the good part.....

Because I'm impatient and was looking for a reason anyway, I bought an iPhone and it will be delivered in the am. I've been looking around and see there a million apps out there. What are your favorites? What should I avoid? Thanks.
