Real cheesesteaks are simple - thin sliced steak cooked on the griddle with onions and provolone cheese served on a fresh Italian roll.
I've tried. Never could get one as good as the real thing.

Since you are apparently either driving with your knees, or a passenger at the moment, do you have any advice about cooking Chilean sea bass? We just picked up a 1.36# “previously frozen” filet at Costco, and I have no idea what to do with it.

Pan sear with olive oil and a little garlic. All it needs.

What time should I be there?

The best meal I've ever had was in Izmit, Turkey. It was Chilean sea bass.

Yeah, it's me and my friend from church. He likes driving and I'm good with it. I'm navigating.

We're a litte over half way about 30 minutes from Florence SC where we're gonna stop, eat and get a room for the night.
