At high tide, you can catch em about 100 yards down the beach about right in front of that largest group.totally crowded

I caught something one year and didn't recognize it, guy told me it was a parrot fish.This is the one like the ones my wife and I caught offshore once. They're really flat and are VICIOUS fighters for their size. The crew cleaned them, as I recall, and we took them home. They're VERY GOOD eating, I think.
There are several types of triggerfish that come up when you Google it. This is the gray triggerfish below.
I also Googled parrot fish, and their shape is somewhat similar, but parrot fish can change their sex several times a year, it says. @joevol33
