I was suspecting that our hitting was going to slow down against JMs Good. What is not encouraging is that our pitchers basically got lit up with the long ball and gave up a total of 8 hits. Matty has always gave up the HR and when we ( Ralph) lets her continue to pitch and two HRs it is mindboggling! We had the same problem with a hitter last year with TAM and Ky i think where he continued to pitch to them. We got 3 hits and look inadequate at the plate. JMHO as always.

I think Matty and Arnold gave up 36 homers last season. I surely thought someone would look into why that happened seems they didn't. JM is not a home run hitting team were gonna get killed in the SEC with the home run hopefully we'll score enough to have a winning season. Moss was far better as a freshman and sophomore than junior or senior thus far. Arnold same better as a freshman tells me something I don't like about the instruction they are getting from the pitching coach.

As well as not appearing to have a clue how to help Gabby last year. That may have been asking too much but I never seen anything like her fall from the top in all my years coaching fast pitch!

Well we'll get run ruled tonight already home run but this was the game I expected to lose. They are as talented as any team in softball probably the most talented.

Yes I thought this one a lose from the git go, but who knows just gave up the 1 run. They are legitimate top 3 and we not yet top 10. JMHO as always!

King throws it up there at 66, 67 just like Matty but her ball movement is far more than Matty. Matty throws a straighter ball thus all the home runs.

Arnold was a lot better as a freshman than she has been since. The stats back it up. She can't get anybody out that is any good this season.

That goes for Matty as well. The freshman is pitching good now probably want be much next season. Then you have the pitcher than transferred who may have got to much coaching at Tennessee because she was terrible here and not doing much this season.
