I think most diamond eyes were focused on LNS. I watched the replay. LVs looked great. I’m still not sure why Karen insists on treating Karlyn with kid gloves. When its her turn to pitch, let her rip. If someone else is in the spotlight, allow them to excel. Not that difficult.

That last three inning she looked like the Karlyn of old. She was sharp and in the zone much better than any of the last three or four outings. I hope she is getting into form the injury and walking batters has been a problem.

Okay. I haven't been a softball fan, ever. I really only started paying attention because I constantly see the posts since joining this board.

Is our team good? Generally? This year? Explain it to me like I'm 5. And even better if you can use basketball comparisons or analogies.

To answer your questions, we are one of the better programs out there. We’ve made multiple WCWS appearances but haven’t won it all....yet. We are consistently highly ranked every year and spent over a month in the #1 spot this year before losing several games. We are currently ranked anywhere from #6-#10 depending on what poll you look at. The SEC is the toughest conference in the country and we’ve had a few hiccups lately but we should be a major player at the end of the season.

One of the top teams the past 20 years or so. Started season 26-0 beat 12 ranked teams. They've fallen off a little lately but they have strong pitching could contend for the title. Hitting has been in a little slump lately hopefully it's clicking post season. SEC is loaded with top 25 teams.

The gray is my least favorite uniform, but it is better than black. Personally, I am extremely tired of teams wearing black when it isn't one of their normal colors. Teams like Purdue, Vanderbilt, and even Georgia can wear black because it is either a major color or a known accent color. Teams whose colors are blue and white, red and white, green and yellow, etc. don't need to be wearing black. That's my thoughts on uniforms, and I'm sticking with them. 🤠
