Who else has food secrets that they're holding out?
PB & grape jelly with dill pickles. My daughter made me this sandwich last year. Surprisingly tasty but odd, nonetheless. Joe likes optimo blunt ashes in his all berries crunch. Weird AF for sure.

I got one that's so easy and so good:

Costco Chicken salad
Wildflower (or comparable quality) sourdough, toasted
Sriracha

I know this one is not a huge secret, but wasabi mashed potatoes are fantastic. My wife and I made this as a side a couple of times already this year. Very easy to make.

Not a secret, but once I started baking bacon, I'll never go back to frying. It's easier, cleaner, and the bacon turns out perfect, especially for sandwiches. The only problem is it takes 35 minutes. We're on this BLT w/ avocado on sourdough kick. It really is the perfect sandwich. Your stomach feels full and also somehow simultaneously light.

Air fry the bacon.

I got another one:

3 packages of chicken flavored ramen
3 eggs
1 cup of mixed frozen vegetables

Throw them all in the boiling water at the same time. Stir frequently to break up the eggs. Drain the water. Mix in just 2 packages of seasoning. So easy, and it turns $0.75 worth of ramen into a real meal.

Air fry the bacon.
Are you using an air fryer with enough space to lay the bacon flat? Mine is an Instant Pot Duo (both pressure cooker and air fryer), so it’s an upright cylinder.

I’ve been trying to figure how to do bacon, but I would need some sort of hanger with clips. Or something.

It lays flat in the pan insert.

Grilled PBJ's are legit. Done them a few times. Not often enough. So are grilled PBB's (Peanut Butter and Banana). The short grill does something magical to PB.

And then there's my dad's oldie, and according to him, goodie. PB and Tomato sandwich. I never succommed to the curiosity, but he ate them often.
