Sherrone Moore fired

I was just coming here to bring up Mike Price lol

"It's rolling baby" has got to be one of the funniest lines ever uttered that is even tangentially connected to CFB ha ha

While Price's strip club antics were amusing, (ditto Bobby Ps motorcycle ride) this stuff with Moore is just kinda sad. 3 young kids. His career gone. His life in absolute tatters in one day.

I have seen many fanbases bringing up things I guess I had kind of forgotten about though. Gary Pinkels DUIs at Mizzu for example. Apparently he got a third one over the summer and the judge let him walk so people are peeved
Yeah, all things considered mike price probably isn't in the same stratosphere as the Michigan thing. Can't think of another sports story that could compare, even outside of college ball. Maybe OJ....maybe.

If this guy is in the know, this tells me that they’ve been making moves for a long time and that a lot of people knew what the plan was. Michigan is crooked as can be

I’m not sure that one game would have saved him because they didn’t have a playoff caliber resume even if they beat them. He did beat them last year. Many Michigan people weren’t thrilled that he got the job to begin with so I think he had a fairly short leash.

If they beat Ohio State, they would have been 10-2 and would have been better in the SOS and SOR metrics than both Miami and ND. This would have eliminated the ND Miami issue for the CFP...

Moore committed about 4 fireable offenses at Michigan but he wasnt really punished until he committed the 5th one (losing to Ohio St)...

A lot of these B1G twitter accounts seem to think he’s a realistic candidate . Why he would consider leaving for that disaster of an AD is beyond me. The Michigan Athletic Dept is an embarrassment at this point. For once, their basketball program is the one upholding the integrity of the university.

That’s a fair point but in my defense you never know in today’s college football.

Guess's on when the netflix documentary comes out on this?

Obviously she is not remotely innocent here. Although you have to think with the rumors of folks knowing about the situation and nothing being done sooner that she may have something to go at the UNI here. This will be an interesting situation for UM and how they handle this whole thing. Sorry but firing the HC isn't exactly going to solve all of the other issues.

She’s a 32 year old homewrecker. Why should she be able to sue? She knew what she was getting into.

He was her boss. Any relationship like that is potentially one she felt she couldn't refuse without jeopardizing her job.

That's how companies get sued which is why they fire bosses like Moore. The lawsuit comes from the suspicion that Michigan knew about the affair or should've known and let it go on anyway, basically not taking care of her as an employee who might've been being sexual harassed into the relationship.

the only one is the Jerry Sandusky stuff and how deep that cover up went. that appropriately ruined many careers and reputations.
