Speaking of...

As I've lost, it's beginning to get harder to lose. Lol.

My goal is getting harder to reach each week. It seemed I was going to reach it early, but now I'm going to have to make some changes if I plan to reach it by my date. I have 5 weeks and 1 day to lose 8 lbs.
 
Your metabolism has gotten so efficient that it’s hard to get it into burn mode! Maybe add in swimming or another different form of exercise? I know running won’t work for you.

Congratulations, it’s a nice problem to have.

Maybe you said once, and I forgot, but what’s the significance of 5 weeks and a day?

I already changed my diet, which will more than likely do it. I'm also plan to try jogging part of my route tomorrow morning. I have a plan I think will work to "ease me into building up" to it.

Yeah, when I figured the pounds I need to lose to reach my goal I figured a pound a week which is said to be a healthy amount. That came to somewhere around the 24th so I rounded to make it that day. I have to make it.
