Speaking of...As have we all! (most of us, anyway)
I already changed my diet, which will more than likely do it. I'm also plan to try jogging part of my route tomorrow morning. I have a plan I think will work to "ease me into building up" to it.Your metabolism has gotten so efficient that it’s hard to get it into burn mode! Maybe add in swimming or another different form of exercise? I know running won’t work for you.
Congratulations, it’s a nice problem to have.
Maybe you said once, and I forgot, but what’s the significance of 5 weeks and a day?
