I ain't reaching any goals eating a plate sized peanut butter cookie with peanut butter cream. Lol. It was screaming my name and I justified it because it has protein and protein is good and I need protein lots and lots of protein.Your metabolism has gotten so efficient that it’s hard to get it into burn mode! Maybe add in swimming or another different form of exercise? I know running won’t work for you.
Congratulations, it’s a nice problem to have.
Maybe you said once, and I forgot, but what’s the significance of 5 weeks and a day?
