This team is sitting back in the paint daring them to shoot the three. That is evident. They are not playing Kentucky as though they are a good 3 point shooting team or they would be up in their space. They kept a foot in the paint the whole first half. Someone game planned that because if this was Missouri or Arkansas, we wouldn't be defending to stop dribble penetration and that is how the defense is playing right now.NO COACH GAME-PLANS OPEN THREES.

Kentucky is doing a great job face-guarding and taking advantage of one of our biggest weaknesses: ball-handling. We simply aren't confident enough handling the ball to get free of their quick-handed smothering defenders, so we're either turning it over or rushing our shots.
