This team is sitting back in the paint daring them to shoot the three. That is evident. They are not playing Kentucky as though they are a good 3 point shooting team or they would be up in their space. They kept a foot in the paint the whole first half. Someone game planned that because if this was Missouri or Arkansas, we wouldn't be defending to stop dribble penetration and that is how the defense is playing right now.

Our defense has been two steps slow on the perimeter. Not going to win playing like that.

this should be addressed in halftime,,,better positioning for the bringdowns and keeping an option in the middle of the floor
