I still think a veteran coach who has coached in the SEC at a high level would be the quickest way back to competing in the SEC east war.

Obviously Florida is going for Dan Mullen. Why not UT for Scott Frost? Frost is directly responsible for the success of Chip Kelly...forget Kelly go for Frost. He has a track record on offense and can improve QB's. The NFL Titans have a Frost produced QB. UT can afford him if our AD will get off his butt and do something.
So let's hear your top 3. Enlighten us.
Ok but you wont like it but I stand behind it enough to forgo UT football, all of CFB actually, if it doesnt happen. This is totally and completely independent of all the grumors.
1. Gruden
2. Kelly
No. One. Else.
Anyone else that has already been mentioned will only get us, at best, 2nd in the SECE. No thanks.
Kelly's scheme worked in the Pac-12 but he never beat Bama with it and their defense was never elite. I struggle to see how we compete with Bama (and now GA) running a finess scheme against the semi pro teams we play annually.
That scheme worked pretty good for Clemson to beat Bama.
Also before you say it was Clemson's D......know this over the past few years Clemson's D has given up 1 point fewer than Chips at Oregon.
That was all Watson IMO. Look, I am not saying I wouldn't welcome him with open arms but don't see him being one of two options that are acceptable. In other words, there are no guarantees.
Not happening! Won't even go to Florida, concentrating on UCF.

I have thought Canada or Strongs OC Sterlin Gilbert . Someone with a offensive background. I am guessing if it's not Frost, it will be Bobo, Norvell or Blake Anderson.
I can't for life of me understand why people want miles. What has he done in his last 7 years thst suggest he would get us a national championship or even sec championship.....no and no again
No disrespect to your opinion but in mine he is the worst choice. I do not want someone who is 63 years old and would retire in a few years. . I would rather have a younger person who can stay awhile. His offense was always boring.
