People can set the range at whatever they want but people born in the early to mid 80's aren't from the same planet as what I think of when someone says millenial.

Gen Y and Millennials used to be two different groups; at some point, they became a single demographic. Gen Z is the demo that grew up with the Internet and was technology-dependent from a young age. It's all marketing-- grouping people based on what and how they buy so companies can bombard them with ads and sell them more stuff to make more money.

Looks like we've run the alphabet and created a 3+*.

anyone ranging from their mid 20's to early 30's that has finished their education and has continued to, or did, in any capacity, move back in with their parents for a year or longer, whilst also either not working, or working part time.
