When I first started dating my now wife, my dog Petey (a chihuahua mix) was a splotchy mess. Had been for several years. Our vet had diagnosed him as having a genetic deficiency that didn’t allow him to naturally kill mites that are omnipresent. He had open sores and reeked and the quack said there was no cure. My wife took one look at him and when we were at Whole Foods, she bought grapefruit seed oil and mixed it in a solution. We gave the lil mutant a bath and after he dried, she sprayed it over him and massaged it all over his skin. Cleared right up within the week and we reapply every now and then for safe measure but the former pet shop worker outdiagnosed the dude with a parchment. No thin spots even.
My wife has a Chihuahua that she brought with her from California has the same problem, is it just grapeseed oil or is there other other things mixed in the solution.

I know this is way off topic but would like to know from some of you mid-staters which TV/Internet svc is best bang for the buck right now. I currently have U-Verse(U-200 pkg) but my monthly bill is now close to $200. It offers all my sports channels and my wife's hallmark channels but is getting too pricey for my liking.
I have dish and it is pricey. Plus have charter cable on top of that. They give you good prices then go up after a couple of years.

Mid State is an Xfinity monopoly, smatterings of Wow cable, some muni overbuilders (electric Company), Time Warner interspersed.

I think Charter is in some surrounding towns South of Nash. Murf is Xfinity.

only hope for some is Clink Prism or ATT Uverse, until fiber to home is a reality. we'll just have to deal. Charter had talked about fiber as early as this yeae but, who knows?
