Recruiting Forum Football Talk IX

I had a grown man tell me I hurt his feelings this morning. It's hard for me to process how soft some guys are these days. He has been dragging ass around the shop being a dark cloud and pouting. I told him he needs to bring more Pooh and less Eeyore energy. That's it... Dude has a beard and works on HVAC and got butthurt over that. Probably an aTm fan LOL
The p***y generation...they make me wanna puke...the social engineering garbage of a certain side has worked to a tee...just completely freaking castrated a huge portion of the last 2 generations.

- Rad tech was not given instructions other than "right wrist"
- Rad tech didn't ask me where the suspected injury was
- took 3 images, 2 of which are the same view of the scaphoid bone, the other obscures the scaphoid
- images sent to some physician at a desk somewhere, with no instructions on injury location
- he says "these scans are normal, no injury and no soft tissue damage" after primary care documented significant pain and swelling of wrist and thumb

Still waiting for primary to call me with instructions. As a former athlete who has dealt with all kinds of sores, sprains, strains, breaks, etc I know how this is supposed to/should work. This ain't it.

I long for the days when I could call Franklin Bone and Joint, set an appointment, and see an ortho who will directly give diagnostics and guide the Rad tech through the positions he/she wants to see on scans, and you walk out that day with an answer and treatment.
Where the hell is Voldoc when you need him

Hey fellow VN golf lovers...how would you like to be Russell Henley?...throw in the round of your life, shooting a 9 under 61 while making making 207 feet of putts...and you look around and you only got a 2 shot lead on Scottie 😲...that dude is just a freaking machine whether he wins or loses in Atlanta.

I really hope he is able to sustain this level of play over 6-7 years...I love watching the guy, no matter what's NOT working, he finds something that does and throws a good score up....totally impressive man.
If he made over 200 feet of putts today, he probably shot his wad cause that doesn't happen too often

If this offense is still capable of getting guys open like it did during Hooker then Aguilar will light it up. If defenses have started figuring us out then it may be a struggle. This offense is designed to make qbs better than they are individually. Nico and Joe both struggled hitting open guys down the field
They have made adjustments that make the reads longer and more difficult...which Joe and Nico were absolutely garbage at, so it made it seem "figured out"...go watch for yourself and really see what was going on...there were guys still running wide open all the freaking time...and half the time the right guys were seen running open downfiekd, both Joe and Nico missed them badly at a extremely high rate...and compounding THAT problem were the times when open WRs dropped the passes that did get thrown to them correctly..

It is extremely frustrating to watch...but imo the "figured out" thing is mostly bull💩.

Plus...any time you play a extremely talented and well coached defense, it is natural that open plays become harder to draw up, and harder to execute. You are hardly ever going to score big on defenses like that unless you break their will early and they quit, or just get completely discombobulated.

I don't give a green runny 💩 about Nike...they undervalued us badly and treated us like garbage leftovers compared to their big dogs...I love that Adidas made us their #1 school and is kissing our butt.

Also...I do not understand the stupid infatuation the follower herd has with Nike 💩...I never have and never will.

We've got creative control and I think we have proven to have extremely talented creative people...I will wear my Adidas gear proudly.

Down this rabbit hole years ago

The way he explains how photons accumulate in a tree and are released in the chemical reaction of fire

I remember him explaining the odd symmetries of a mirror

It's all about probability amplitudes at the end of the day
As brilliant as he was in his profession...they letter he wrote to his deceased wife is one of the most beautiful and moving things I have ever read.

He is good. Win or lose he makes people watch.

Someone posted earlier that Keys would give us 3 of the top 10 WRs.

Are they including ATHs or something? Haven't followed recruiting closely enough to know up from down (because we're actually good again!).

Thanks,

Rofl I resemble that remark it’s ok. Not many things in the world nerdier than reading LotR.

Except maybe The Silmarillion? That’s advanced nerdiness. It’s essentially a fictional history book. I read it once every few years.
The Silmarrillion is actually my favorite book...I love those stories...so brutally dark and sad, yet they also manage to beautifully illuminating and uplifting.

I think those stories are Tolkiens greatest work.

What are you 12? Good lord... and coming here to vent makes it seem like you're also upset about it.

Dude is in a dark place and you see that but then go push rather than give him a chance to get whatever it is off his chest? You're the problem.
🦬💩 dude he works with sounds like a jackass baby whiner to me.
