Recruiting Forum Football Talk IX

Appreciate you brother. We discussed Irbys and I have a friend who said he'll also recommend a few spots.
You might also look into painted pin or painted duck. Upscale bowling/gaming experience with tvs.

Ormsbys also a good game oriented place with tvs. And not a long walk from northside tavern (dive bar with live music and pool tables).

OK, ya dadgum medical experts. What about NAD+ peptides?
  • Anti-aging effects: By activating sirtuins, NAD+ may support DNA repair, protect cells from damage, and slow down aging.
  • Boosted metabolism and energy: NAD+ plays a key role in energy production, and supplementation may improve metabolic function and aid in weight management.
  • Improved cognitive function: NAD+ is involved in brain health, and studies are exploring its potential to enhance mental clarity, reduce brain fog, and protect against neurodegenerative diseases.
  • Enhanced cellular repair and recovery: NAD+ supports cellular repair mechanisms, which may contribute to faster recovery and improved cellular health.
  • Cardiovascular health: Research suggests NAD+ may protect against cardiovascular disease and lower cholesterol levels.
  • Reduced inflammation: Some studies indicate that NAD+ may have anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Other potential benefits: Research is ongoing into areas like improved sleep, enhanced athletic performance, and better recovery from exercise.
I don’t think I will explore this - just based on the name. I get it’s likely an acronym. But what dude wants to ingest NADs? Work on the branding there.

Alienating loyal fans, whether you think they're "cringey" or not, is never a good idea.

The show lasted only about an hour and gave access to 100+ live fans and at least several thousand over the radio. Each one of those fans talked about the show/interaction with a few of their friends. That's at least 15-20k fans talking about the Vols every week as the result of a 1 hour show. That type of interaction helps drive the brand at the small market level and helps fuel interest in the program with the locals.
I think you're describing Vol Calls of 20 years ago. No one is talking about Vol Calls with their friends lol. If they are, they need to be locked up.

If anyone is alienated because they didn't get to listen to some redneck ask Heupel what is favorite type of grass is, they can just be alienated. But that's just one person's opinion.

And I’ll join in on the height weight discussion.

I’m almost 49.

I’m 6’3” 192-ish.

Was pushing 230 about 5 yrs ago and changed a few things. I don’t go to the gym, but I run and do 100 pushups a day - at a minimum. That - and changing a couple of things in what I eat - has helped me be really consistent with my weight. I mix collagen peptides and lion’s mane in my one cup of coffee in the morning. I feel better and healthier now than I ever did in my 30s and early 40s.
