VolNation RF,
I’ve learned many things since following here after the 2008 recruiting class including:

1. Don’t get on hatvol’s bad side.
2. Don’t be a moran.
3. Keep a fresh supply of pocket presents.
4. Always wash your Zollicoffer.

Tomorrow I’m getting married and I could use any advice you’re willing to give.
1. Be ready to see how selfish you can be and be willing to selflessly love and sacrifice.
2. Laugh (a lot) with and at each other when appropriate.
3. Be willing to die to what you want and for your spouse.
4. Communicate well and often.
5. Cultivate real intimacy.
6. Enjoy and make up your mind to stick it out through tough times. It will be so worth it!

congratulations buddy @wwilso29 cheers to many years of happy marriage and success🤍🧡

Just booked a 15 day barebones powercat charter for next spring. It's a dream trip for me. Embarking in Nassau and will cruise the exumas and other out islands. The bahamas kick these other places arses.
Not a Bahamas guy...I love the pretty mountainous islands.

Does someone know how to make a GIF-like thingee with original sound from a video clip posted to tweeter? I'm looking for 0:10 to 0:13, where Saban says: "We didn't buy one player, aight?"

Saban was actually telling the truth with that statement. Bama bought many players not just one.

Have you checked to see if they make accommodations for walkers or rollators? I’m sure you have and I’m willing to bet, you’re going with a walker and you’ve put new tennis balls on the feet thingy, right? We don’t want to classify you as a Florida Man.
Last time you were on a boat you were escorting all the animals on 2 X 2.

Some others have already given you great advice...be faithful and honest, listen and understand, be strong and flexible, and be unselfish...learn to love things just because she does.

My first marriage was 12 years of mostly pure hell, but it taught me not try to make somebody love you that really doesn't. Hopefully that is not the case with you, but if it does turn out that way, then move on. I always told my kids that life is too short and precious to waste on someone that doesn't love you back.

As hellish as my first marriage was, my second marriage of 22 years is heavenly...she is my angel.

Be 33 years in October for us. Both of you should have faith and trust in the Lord. Have faith and trust in your spouse and she should the same. Share together, have some common interests. We have always lived where I was born and raised. My wife wasn't. So I had and still have friends from both sexes as does she from her home town. But again, that's where the faith and trust comes in. Always be honest with one another. Without trust, honesty and faith, you have nothing. Best of luck and congratulations!
Don't forget breast milk.

I like those too but that bahamas water is unmatched.
Lol..I want to live in the VIs. The water was just as spectacular at St Thomas and St John as the Bahamas to me, and I can't wait to visit the British VIs someday, but man I would give anything to be able to do what you are going to do. I would love to explore all the little out islands in the Bahamas.

I hope you have the time of your life.

You already passed the first test….. the day you choose to get married is your most important decision bc for the rest of your life…. That day is taken and you have to remember it…. I got married Memorial Day weekend….. that weekend was already going to be taken bc I was going to have to spend it with family anyways so I killed two birds with one stone… My buddy, on the other hand, got married on what he thought was after football season. Now that they have added extra games and a championship game….I get to hear him complain every year bc it typically lands when he is off celebrating his anniversary…. Good luck today!

Zollicoffers can get you in the muck, real quick.

Thanks, man. The water in the VI is beautiful as well but it's a different beautiful. The color of the waters of the bahamas is just different.

What movie do you guys think has been played on TV the most? I think it's Major League.

The old Christmas movies like "It's A Wonderful Life" or maybe one of the older westerns since they have/had dedicated channels. Someone else said Wizard Of Oz and thats a strong one.

There's a massive shelf and then a dropoff somewhere. I think DR?

Not sure many realize that Bahamas has a lot of National Parks, and wildlife refuges. I know it has an extensive system of underwater caves, for diving.

The most important thing is, if you want a ff grand slam, that's the place. Bonefish, Tarpon, and Permit.

Basically there's no place like it, at least in this hemisphere.
