Jim's Branch Rd, Swannanoa right next to Billy Graham's The Cove. Yeah it's all unincorporated no man's land just off exit 55 of I-40. Beautiful country land.

Oh ok. I went out on Charlotte Hwy today to go to Piazza's and saw a sign for Oteen. I see now on the map it is sort of between 2 major roads/highways (looking at Jim Branch rd). That's one thing about this area, if you go on the outskirts between the major roads...so beautiful and full of country. Like if you take the back road connecting Fletcher and Fairview. Tons of great land still out there basically untouched amongst rolling hills and mountainous areas.

It is what you make out of it. I’m going to enjoy life regardless of what UT does on the field. In regards strictly to football (I’m sure that’s what you meant) I see 7-9 wins per year with CJH. To be honest, at this point I’m fine with that. If we can get to winning 70% of our games that would be something to build off of.

Would be a nice DC hire. Bring those top-3 3rd down defenses back home. My own amateur opinion is 3rd defense is the most or 2nd most critical stat for a defense attached to a very high tempo offense. It absolutely has to get itself off the field, something Pruitt's defenses absolutely never could do. But Jancek's were ELITE at doing so.
