I hope he does. It’ll be the end of his coaching career, if it’s not done already. The University does not make a move of this magnitude without recommendations from counsel.

Wrong or not, Pruitt contractually assumes responsibility for the malfeasance of his staff, all of which he handpicked. Please, air it out. He will get picked off. But he should be used to that by now.....

The whole Meyer vouching for Herman makes no sense. Meyer sniffing around the TX job was what led to Herman eventually being replaced. Not sure I buy Urban saying "hire my boy"....

If there is one thing I’ve learned from Hubbs and AP they only drop info when they have it. Secondly, maybe Meyer said thanks but no thanks as you have my friend as current coach

He’s not going to be interim this fall. They’re going to hire a good coach. They’re not going through all this investigation mess just to give the job to Fulmers buddy like this.

Didn't we look at Steele last go around too? I thought there was a faction in/around the program trying to push for him. Granted, almost every coach in CFB was "considered" at some point

Agreed. We have the money to make it happen. This is a tough job, but we can certainly get a top tier coach.

We could. But we won't. After we get turned down by 5-7 coaches, the majority of which we probably shouldn't even target, we'll lable Steele the permanent head coach. Its the Tennessee way.

Russ Smith from fan run said they had security over there and the other 9/10 were escorted out.
He also said TN admin didn't like the message that Pruitt recorded for the team.

Pruitt "airing it out" would be contrary to his case. The only thing he can argue is there aren't level 1 or 2 violations. If he aired it out, he'd lose and then get stuck with the lawyer fees.
