This is it.

I’ve said it before: except for money, there’s never been a better time to swap out head coaches. You can basically get everyone back, you’ll have the one-time transfer rule, and get the benefit of the top notch in-state recruiting class for next season.

It’s time.

Edit: also, if you wait a year, the next guy will start out losing 2 classes of seniors.

An executive can compound a mistake by not having a "what comes after" plan. It's quite possible to replace a turd with dung in that scenario.

Yep - need someone who will refocus on the state. There are plenty of guys who can do what Butch did with the legacy class.

Pruitt can't anymore - and apparently never had any interest to in the first place.

Saban has ruined the SEC and that's why I'm pushing for Freeze so bad. I know his overall SEC record is not the greatest but he's beat "The Evil Empire" twice. I want the VOLS to ruin bama's season one time before Nick retires.

I choose to believe Hugh Freeze is the one that can to do it at UT and we're running out of chances to beat a Saban lead bama team.

SEC can play its basketball in a mini bubble early next year. This is why some, even Rick Pitino, lobbied for conference only games starting in January or even moving the NCAAT back to May. So difficult to play these non conference games right now.
