No that isn’t the first time. There’s been a number of those tweets from him lately and if you click open the thread of responses to that quoted tweet, there’s talk of him doing it back two years ago when he wanted to be an OC here.

Hugh Freeze likes to leak things to the media, too. He did it about Houston Nutt. He did it when he was "interviewing" for OC jobs. He is doing it now about how UT is a dream job.

If UT somehow ever decided to hire him, I would put a clause in his contract that a staff member will be responsible for his social media posts.

What “trouble” is he in currently? I know about the old stuff. Pearl unhireable for trying to get people to lie about a bbq? Or did he get another shot because he only did it on the phone?

Yeah, its dying. I've posted before that my two boys don't care at all about Tennessee football despite trying to get them to. My 11 year old loves Clemson because of Deshaun Watson and then Lawrence. My younger boy likes both Clemson and Tennessee, but has pretty much stopped watching the games with me. They were both excited about HB because they are Marietta Blue Devils, but that has faded as the year went on.

I'm not sure how it relates to Pearl. But I am a believer in "once a knucklehead, always a knucklehead." You can compare that to Pearl's assistant getting busted by the FBI, and we are to believe Pearl didn't know at all?

I don't care what Freeze is doing now, but he made some prior poor decisions that involved social media and the media in general.

As an A-state alum I was sad he left so quickly, but knew it was just a stepping stone. The guy is legit. Doubt he would come to this shiz show without a very long term deal.

They wont make a move until they have a legit coach. If they move on anything less than Matt Campbell, you can just shut it down.
