He's not wrong
I would normally agree with you. I'm a big let bygones be bygones kind of guy. But as long as that trumpet blowing turd continues publicly flaunting that he is taking full advantage of Hamilton's poor contract writing skills, he deserves nonstop ridicule from Tennessee fans

The younger fans, bandwagons and non-low handicappers will generally pick Tiger as GOAT. Fact.

The others will generally pick Jack. Fact.

It really doesn't matter which is picked because it is apples to oranges in different eras. The younger fan/player has no clue about the equipment and course conditions of old as Peay posted. They play out of pristine bunkers today and whine if they are not raked to suit them. The greens of today are much smoother and consistent than in Jack's day or even before him. Again, today's pro is generally in better physical condition than most back in Jack's day.

Bassmaster fits into the first segment and it is not based on him being young

Nicklaus always had a lack of respect among his fellow players. He was a total douchebag

Nope. Not even close. Arnie's Army did not like Jack dethroning their hero back in the day. Jack and Barbara are and have always been class acts who give back big time to the communities and charities. Feel free to ask the players today along with Trevino, Miller, Player, etc. of the past. Ask Tiger if he still reveres the guy.

I've never played golf, but it looks like a great drinking game. If done that way, it might be entertaining to watch. As is, it looks boring as hell.

The beer industry exists today primarily because of baseball and golf. Only half kidding...

Nah. stole this from VQ because he is right. Tiger is so good that Jack can't even be number 2. There is no number 2. Jack is third simply because there is such a distance between Tiger and anyone else.
You guys can spin this anyway you want but professional golfers are measured by major wins and everyone of them will say that. Jack has 18 major wins and has placed second 19 more times. Tiger, or anyone else, will never match that record. Spin it anyway you need to though.

Takes one or two really solid shots to get you hooked.

a couple of "shots' of Jack might get you hooked too, so. yea!

All seriousness..........it's the truest form of individual competition. You against the course.

It is the only participant game that is actually improved by unbridled consumption of alcohol. I guess bowling fits that category also.

I'm still of the mind that I could actually watch curling if "players" were required to drink heavily. I want to see those sweeper guys falling all over each other.
