This isnt WestWorld, frank. I am who I am and you should accept me as a child of God. Same @OGbabyaviVol . He shouldnt be black listed because he likes horse butts.
Lol!! @Freak, need a little help here, please! Sounds like many of us aren’t getting VN text messages anymore. I looked at my settings on here and don’t see anything wrong. @utvols88, you see anything wrong with yours?

Derek Barnett news. One our fave VFL's to make $2.2 M this year and $9 M next year.

Eagles Exercise Derek Barnett's Fifth-Year Option

FWIW, had better season/stats than Clowney who "only" wants $17 M a year now.

Clowney needs a highly incentivized contract. Something like 1m for every sack he gets! He’d go out and set a new single season record if it was set up that way. And his team would be happy to pay it.

Loudest, non Neyland game I've been to (in a while)...FL 2001. I'm not talking about Gator fans either. TN fans were so obnoxiously loud, you would have thought it was a home game. AAAANNNND...Rocky Top? Oh yeah, it was so sweet to hear (through the roar of the crowd) that night. My ears were still ringing when I left the Swamp.

I will however say (promised some FL fans I always would)...the fans I talked to after the game were very gracious in defeat. They knew we had beat them handily, even if the score didn't show it. I was even invited to a gator house (didn't know them) after the game. I went and had a good time...albeit I didn't try to rub it in too much while I was there. On their behalf though, I didn't have to. People (FL Fans) came up to me all night telling me how amazing that TN team was that night.

Loudest Tennessee game for me by far was ‘98 Arkansas at Neyland. It was so loud when we recovered Stoerner’s fumble that I could not hear myself screaming at the top of my lungs. Amazingly, it got louder than that when Henry scored the winning touchdown. The roar of the crowd was an actual pressure against my entire body. It was truly impressive.
After the game, I was walking back to my car. I realized that there were 5 college age guys harassing and older couple decked out in Arkansas gear. I trotted up. In an extremely loud voice ( only volume that I could hear) I told these guys in no uncertain terms that they were done being rude to our guests. If they wanted to act like typical gator fans, then they were going to take off the Tennessee gear immediately. I told them that I was embarrassed by their behavior and that they were going to apologize immediately. (Surprisingly, the Arkansas couple had stopped to listen). The leader of these idiots asked me who would make them. I said a true Volunteer. He started to laugh and then stopped and asked if I seriously thought that I could take them. Yes was my answer. Without looking at me, they all turned and apologized to the couple. They then left. I walked the couple back to their car. Much better ending to their evening. I was so juiced up on adrenaline from the game that I had no doubt of the outcome of a fight with them either. I seriously don’t like bulies or thugs. 🤠

Oh yeah. Cali girl from San Jose. Her first football game was the NC game between Miami and Nebraska (friend’s a Cane booster) and her brother is a Florida grad. She got a blinged up Vol wardrobe and screams her way through the games like she was born in Oak Ridge.

I need to have my eyes checked. Kept reading Cali as Call. Thought, @butchna might be getting a little too comfortable with the folks in here.

My wife and her family are from Jersey. When we met, she didn’t understand college football - let alone the Vols. Didn’t take long before she, her dad and her brother were all fans. I have a text chain with her brother and two of my cousins every game. We’ve been celebrating cruitin’ this week too.

98 Arkansas was the loudest for me as well. My girlfriend (now wife) and I were under the overhang way up in the northern nosebleeds.

I was yelling, but I couldn't actually hear myself. It was insane.

Good on you. Sometimes we have to police our own.
