The Carolina win this year was the most electric I've seen Neyland since Heath Shuler and Mose Phillips put the nail in the coffin against Florida in the pouring rain (91?). Of course I've only been to about 50 games, in my 49 years of life.

Callaway catching the bomb from Shrout was ridiculously loud, or at least it was on TV.

I had a difficult choice this morning, go to work and actually do work or read VolNation, for any recruiting news.........









I chose wrong and missed all the booming.

I choose wrong also. I choose to leave my phone that I get on Volnation with at home so I would actually get some work done while just catching in occasionally. That didn't work out so well because the first time I checked in it had Tennessee commit in parentheses, and I didn't get much of anything else accomplished lol.

That game was crazy loud! I took a buddy of mine who had never been to a big-Time game like that, and he couldn’t believe how loud it was. We were under the overhang too, which made it even louder. 2013 UGA game was rocking too. @Sugaray13 and I went to that one, and it was so loud, the stadium was shaking and the players looked blurry because we were shaking so much. No, we don’t drink, so we weren’t drunk.

Yep. Stadium was shaking. I admit that I had a few to drink before the game but I drank a bottle of water at the beginning. I realized in the second half that I had chewed on the top to the plastic water bottle for half the game. Probably nerves for the most part but didn’t help my teeth.

We were that close to being elite again. But I know if we were that close with Butch, we can get there with Pruitt.
