I think Heupel is a fairly decent recruiter but his offensive staff as a whole is not.

Defense recruiting is fine, offensive has not been good-a lot of missed evals, poor development, missed targets. Heupel hired his friends/coaches from ucf for offense, defense he went out and hired coaches. I think we can see the results of that

I think Tony V is really playing chess here lately. He know who his lineup is going to be heading into the post season, but he doesn't want to get worn down in the grind of the SEC.

In fact, he is so far ahead he doesn't want to get on the double byes in the SEC tourney - he wants to play one game and bow out.

Well....they have only made the postseason 1 time since then and it doesn't look like they're making it is year either. It was definitely time.

The situation,Nico left us in a bad one, the portal to get a replacement wasn’t easy ,
He just hired Becks agent and he did what agents do!
UT pretty much had to
