I'm guessing the leak was intentional to control the narrative once we decided to move on from Nico. The leak didn't cause us to lose him. And it worked amazingly well. Literally everyone in the media is in our side.

I was in Canada last year for work, I wish I knew. I wasn’t around the facilities. I think the new truth in recruiting is, someone will always pay more. Either be prepared to counter quickly, or move on, and have contingency plan. Some of these “agents” are not very ethical.

I agree. I think the DW is pissed about the leak narrative is also strategic. DW wants the appearance that we didn't leak it on purpose. So of course he is going to act like he is mad about the leak. It makes way more sense that it was done on purpose at opposed to someone inside the program being Judas.

This is exactly why I think this leaked was 100% orchestrated by TN. If nothing had leaked and then Nico doesn’t show or we find out he enters on Wednesday, imagine the outrage and blowback from the fanbase.

And there's the need for the THREAT of the deep ball. Don't necessarily have to hit on it. But if they know our QB can't even physically throw it, it closes down the system that relies of stretching a defense vertically and horizontally.

If you can get Avery out of KSU, you absolutely do it. His game is very Hendon like. Going to be a tough pull though. Hit him with your best offer and maybe he bites. Keep Luke, who I think is still an upgrade from Nico, especially from the mental side, as a back up plan. Either way, you are golden for 2025 season. This isn’t going to drag out, once portal opens it will end quickly.

It was obvious the playbook was dumbed down for Nico. Others have mentioned the mental aspect and now you have. In you opinion, was it willful not studying film/learning the playbook or did he simply not have what was needed between the ears?
