I woke up and watched ESPN this morning….. They had a segment on Joe Milton this morning….. How impressive that he was and how he upped his stock……I hope Joe gets taken early and gets a great contract… He deserves it.

I'm a bigger Milton defender than most.... But even I'd say he doesn't deserve a big contract. He deserves a small contract till he proves he can improve over where he is now. Having a big arm is a small part of success in the NFL.

I do think having a voice in his helmet will help him a ton though. You can tell when he's unsure of what he's supposed to be doing and is trying to think it through instead of just playing, his throws turn to garbage.

But it would be amazing to bring him in for a hail Mary once in a while.

I think Nate Oats said that they hadn't lost at BAMA home court in a few years, so yay. Bama is really becoming a rivalry again--in all sports. See that they are doing well in baseball now.

your contract is determined by where you are drafted…. I hope he gets a good guaranteed contract bc of who he is as a person and what he meant to Tennessee.

8 or 9 times stronger? I'm pretty delusional about my athleticism, but even I wouldn't say I'm 8 or 9 times stronger than a female. Maybe I missed the context here though.

Well maybe not 8-9 times stronger but:

When you go further down the rabbit hole of sex differences though things get really strange on a lot of measures. Like muscle mass not always equating to strength and figuring out why women tend to outdo men in a lot of endurance based activities. Why lower body strength seems to work differently and on and on. But in terms of muscle mass and upper body strength you're the freaking Hulk compared to any female.

Eventually we'll figure out that there are different mechanisms at play in men and women (muscle mass might be a great measure for men but not a good gauge for women) but for now go carry the groceries in.

Idc if he was a 10x All Star?. Him shooting 40-50 times a game isn't that impressive once you actually look passed a stat or 2. Let Curry, Luka, Booker, Dame list goes on shoot that much and let's see what they average

He took some off of it….no way those other qbs were close to him.

Isn’t there a video of him throwing it at someone in an office space and did they get the time on it? Joes arm is 10 x a powerful as any qb there. I could see him hit 65-70 easy.

Everyone that has met Milton loves him. Even his former Michigan teammates were talking him up at the draft. I hope Joe gets life changing money and does great things with it.

Yeah…..they really tried to hold down Curry’s shots . Maravich is a HOF that hed his number retired by two different NBA teams… The LSU team won 3 games before he got there… won 14 his first year…. improved to 22 his last yr at LSU…. His shooting % was similar to Curry even with the extra shots…. He also had more rebounds and assists.

I agree. I hate Pat Adams as much as anyone else, but at that point in the game, I can’t blame him for trying to focus on a potential foul below the basket.
