Do you guys really think we will land this guy? If we do he could be a program changing type of guy if he is as good as advertised!

The difference will Skal and Yurtseven is the talent they played against before college. Yurtseven is playing with pro's. I think the chances of him being a bust is very small. There's a legitimate case you could make that he would be the best incoming player to ever sign with Tennessee. Now let me say, I am not old enough to recall the recruitment of King, and obviously recruiting services weren't around then, so I could be wrong. However, when going back the last 15-20 years I think you could make a very strong case for Yurtseven.
Now with that said, there's also always a bust factor, Skal was supposedly going to be the greatest thing since Kareem, and now many question if he should even enter the draft, you never know how a guy will adjust to the college game, but the odds are very high Yurtseven will do very well.
From Draft Express, not sure if it's been posted or not...
"Outlook: First player to come off the board in the BWB Draft when the coaching staffs selected their teams, and for good reason. High skilled big man with mobility and feel. Seems to be leaning towards going the college route, Evan Daniels reported. His head coach in Fenerbahce, Zeljko Obradovic came out emphatically stating he does not believe he should be eligible for college basketball: He is three years paid by Fenerbahce. He took the money. The rule exists that if he tries to go to college basketball, it's not possible because for three years he's taken money. I don't know what will be the decision of the club, I don't want to go inside.
When contacted by DraftExpress about these allegations, Yurtseven denied them, telling us It is correct that they put money into an account that they opened up in my name, but I didn't want it or ask for it. He also told us he has never signed any type of contract with the club and that he (or his family) has not taken a dime from this account that was opened by the club in his name.
NCAA schools we contacted who are recruiting him do not seem overly concerned by these allegations made by his head coach, and told us they will continue to do so, speculating the club may have had an inkling that he will elect to go to college, and that they were hoping this account they opened would prevent him from doing so."
if he committs to TN, I'm sure the NCAA will do everything they can to clear him before the season starts. From Draft Express, not sure if it's been posted or not...

Depends on how confident they feel in getting him cleared and also other options for filling that spot
If planB isn't in place with any potential then there is no risk
Something that I think makes Yurtseven even more attractive to Tennessee is the fact he's almost certainly a one and done. Assuming he takes you know who's spot, that would give us another scholarship for the 2017 class, makes sense numbers wise. If they miss on Yurtseven I would expect them to try and add a grad transfer big so they still have that extra spot for '17.
