For a lot of people, it's the motion and the reps; not necessarily the weight. Everybody can't bench 350 like Steven Pearl.

Well I talked to him and I think I figured a few things out. Guess we'll see on Monday. I really need to starting getting more weight so I'll gain mass. It's frustrating getting stuck on a weight. I'm even regressing some.

I lift with a guy who is a little over 200 lbs. He reps about his body weight and can max 50 lbs over. He kills me in bench, but I curl, squat, everything more than him. I just want to get back to where I can rep 200 again. I don't remember it being this hard.

This lil boys wasn't even that bad at 7 yrs old. It was almost completely faded just on his ear and into his hair line. It wasn't even prominent to start with. Made me wanna hug him that his mom was acting that way

I prob need to quit bringing it up. My peeps were awesome about it. But, hearing that makes me incredibly sad for him.

180 I am like you though I am good with my core and everything else just can not bench.

I think what will help is now that my triceps are getting strong I will be able to finish the rep on bench. The weight feels fine going down and I get a good push up, I just can't finish it out. Hopefully as I improve other muscle groups it will allow my bench to increase.

Tryin' to see if it'll stick, eh? ITC, I get your point. And, no reason to push it in here. You could start a political thread about it when you're not driving that gospel train.

How do I get to be wise like you?
